I enjoyed the good choice in the dinner menu. The staff looked VERY helpful. My room provided great comfort. Breakfast became a highlight with a large variety of food. Staff again were very efficient. The receptionists were very helpful.

i did notice one small drawback, i couldn't sit under the canopy by the pool area because of afternoon teas for outside guests.

the bedroom was clean and the bedding pristine. i found the bathroom spacious. i liked the mini fridge plus complimentary water and biscuits. Free toiletries were also very useful.

The receptionist gave a warm welcome and send-off. The tv had apps, so watching satellite tv was EASY. i used tea and coffee facilities. They were filled to the brim with many choices.

the walk to the bus took around 10-15 minutes for a connection to the airport. Buses went directly to the bus station from outside the hotel. This provided connections including to the airport.

Wonderful Breakfast and Great Staff!

The breakfast was fantastic! The staff was amazing, and I found my way around quite well. I was able to park my car comfortably, and I had help as much as I needed. It was great value for money!

My room was noisy. The toilet and shower from the room above could easily be heard. Doors closing in corridors during the night and early on the morning were very loud though.

The hotel is easily walkable to the city centre. That was super convenient. Good parking is available was nice as I pleased, though the parking was expensive!

the breakfast was amazing with lots of choices. the room was clean and tidy with great facilities it also had apps on the tv for streaming services.

the stairwell to the upper rooms was not hoovered the carpet was not cleaned properly. the room was too hot i was unable to cool it down on the first night even with the radiator off and windows open
